How did you find out about the band?

I found out through Radio 1. I'm a massive fan of the station and it was one of the presenter's record of the week! It was Winter Winds, it was flipping brilliant, loved them since. Was able to get a hold of the album from a friend bought and sent it to me. :D

My brother got a MP3 player as a present from his girlfriend for Xmas, she added the album to it for some reason. Anyway, I grabbed it ASAP after he played it over the speakers. Yeah, I've just admitted we're two pirates. I hope you guys don't mind >_>

I first saw them play with Laura Marling at the Lowlands festival in the Netherlands. I was in awe with the amount of instruments Marcus played, all at the same time! We ran into Laura on the festival side later on and she told us to check them out on MySpace, so that I did. And I loved them instantly!

I know I'll never be lonely, I've got songs in my blood

Radio - they are on heavy rotation in Austria, but I never caught the name of the band.

A week ago I finally googled what lyrics I could pick up from "winter winds" while it was on air and there it went, my heart!

Little Lion Man is a free download on the Zune Marketplace. Now I'm hooked, and I can't wait until the whole album is available on Zune!

I first heard little lion man on an Australian radio station, and it kinda stood out from all the hiphop/gangsta music they had been playing all the time.

It was just refreshingly different which i like.

Re: How did you find out about the band?

Phil Rickman, an author from Britain, mentioned them on Facebook.  I Google YouTubed them and enjoyed what I heard.  Went to their web site and the rest is history.  But I wasn't fast enough to get tickets for myself and 3 friends in Toronto at Lee's Palace.  I keep trying Ticket Master and Live Nation web sites like suggested but no go. I will keep trying. I have got just over 2 weeks left before the show on Feb 15.

They came on MTV (Little Lion Man) and my sister made me watch it, and at first I thought it was a bit different/weird, then I was thinking about it for the next few days and really started liking it, then I heard it again on MTV and fell in love with them. Now They're all I listen to :P

A friend heard them on WOXY radio here in the US. He sent me a link to the song he heard, Little Lion Man, on Youtube. Brilliant song. I was hooked on the son instantly. I love the old school instrumentation. I went online and found that the album isn't released here until February 16. So now I wait.
